These hand rolled pastries or deep fried and in the shape of a large pasta tube-shape. The shell has an enriched sweetness from the hint of cinnamon added.
Traditionally stuffed with a sweet and creamy, ricotta cheese filling, vanilla and chocolate or chocolate chips.
