Un Mondo Fuet Spanish Sweet Salami is an all natural product with no nitrates. Fuet is a long, slender all-pork sausage frequently found in Catalua, Spain. Great on its own or try grilling it and use in sandwiches and soups.
Volpi's inspiration for the Un Mondo line was to bring together old world traditional salami recipes with new world beliefs. The end product is simple and uniquely Volpi.
