Best in ClassThe best domestic proscuitto I've found so far! The taste and texture are true to that made in Italy. The true flavor of the meat is allowed to come through and does not oversalt my recipes.

quality prosciutto!!Italian prosciutto is my family's favorite for sandwiches, and when I need a quick appetizer I wrap the slices around asparagus, sprinkle on some pepper, and bake them. Thanks for offering such great Italian prosciutto!

Gotta Have it!Since my original purchase, I have tried other prosciutto, but this is still the absolute best in flavor, quality and convenience. I am addicted to this awesome product.
