From South KoreaI'm writing this review from all the way in South Korea. I found your salami at a deli here. My boyfriend are here gobbling it down with some bresse bleu and red wine. It's great stuff! I'm glad you were able to get your product all the way out to Seoul :)

Not so muchAlthough I appreciate that nitrites are not used, I found the texture of the salumi to be mushy and when I tried to chew a piece, it separated into chunks. I did not find any particular nuance to the flavor.Could use some work.

Wine Lover's DelightThe hint of wine is perfectly balanced with the garlic and spices. Wonderful, chewy texture. Love it!

Volpi Rose Wine SalameI love italian salame's, and finding one that is natural and no preservatives like yours is great to have on the market today. I am also lactose intolerant, and to now know from Volpi; it isn't milk based...How great is that...and it tastes amazing too!!!!!
