Good ChorizoI absolutely love Paella and this American version of the Spanish Chorizo is very good. The flavors of the spanish paprika come out.. I'ts like I am sitting in Barcelona.

Soft & SpicyDeep red with paprika and flavorful specs of oregano. The meat is soft and chewy with flecks of fat. It has a wonderful aged taste without being hard like some salamis. It was a robust addition to our lunch of marcona almond, manchengo cheese, crusty bread and spanish wine.

AficionadoI used to bring back Spanish chorizo into the US years ago before it became available here. I lived there 4 years and loved all their styles of cured meat. Now Volpi makes an amazing 'homegrown' chorizo that rivals the best in Spain. You won't be disappointed!
