pizza pizzaFORGET the tomato sauce, place sliced basil rotola or regular rotola on pizza dough, fill in the gaps with fresh mozzarella, add a little sliced onion (or not) bake 475 for 16 min or until the cheese is perfectly brown. The best you've ever had!
