Every one of our items is included within the DITALIA Total Guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, whether it be an issue with quality, misconceptions, or you just simply don't like how it tastes, we will make it right.
We want to encourage our customers to try all of the great products of Italy and we would not be able to share with you all of the different tastes of Italy if we punished our customers when they didn't like something. Now, under the DTG, you have the freedom to try, taste and experiment however you want.
The process is simple, if you have any issue with the product, give us a call or email us and we will work with you on a replacement, substitute or refund of the product (excluding shipping charges).
