DITALIA has proudly partnered with FedEx to provide our customers fast, affordable delivery of their Italian favorites to locations within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and time tables can be found below.

Shipping Limitations

Currently we do not currently have the capability of shipping to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. Also, we do not ship to any areas outside the United States or Canada.

Shipping Wine
We do ship wine to select states. For the terms and conditions you will be accepting with your order, please visit our Wine Shipping Page.

Incorrect Address
Please take the time to ensure the address of the recipient before submitting your online order. In the case of an incorrect address, we will work with the customer to ensure that the proper recipient receives the order. If it is found that the address misdirection by an initial order entry mistake, then the customer will take full responsibility for the cost of re-shipping a package that was sent to an invalid address.

FedEx Ground Receipt to most destinations in 3 – 5 business days
FedEx 2 Day Receipt guaranteed before 2 days
FedEx Standard Overnight Receipt guaranteed by end of business the next day

Shipping Costs
DITALIA uses a competitive pricing structure based on the total weight of a package. To offer you the best price we connect directly to the FedEx servers at the time of checkout to ensure that your shipping charges are accurate. We believe that by offering this up-to-the-minute accurate shipping charge you only pay for the distance and weight that is related to your product. In the event that a shipping change is needed, you will be contacted by us on available options.
 
Delivery to Canada
Unfortunately, we no longer accept orders for Canada on our website.  Therefore, these orders must be placed and confirmed with a DITALIA representative.  Please contact Customer Support at 888-260-2192

Shipment of Perishables (Summer Shipping Policy)
Many of the items that DITALIA offers are vacuum-sealed and kept at optimum storage conditions at our temperature controlled warehouse. During the hottest months, we will require Expedited shipping. If you live in state that is 1 - 2 days away from our warehouse (see map below), you can call us toll free at 888-260-2192 to place your order and we will be able to accomodate your order with standard shipping charges.  We will ship these items in a cooler with ice packs at no extra charge to the consumer. Unless otherwise notified by our customer, we will use our discretion to ensure that your shipment does not reside in a shipping carrier's warehouse over the weekend. This means that perishable orders made in the later days of the week may be held until Monday to guarantee the highest product quality.

We always recommend refrigerating food items for at least 12 – 16 hours after shipment to ensure proper consistency and texture.

Daily Shipping Cut-offs
DITALIA strives to provide quick and efficient delivery to every consumer that is why we follow a same-day shipping cutoff of 2 PM Central time. For example, an order made at 1:55 PM Central on Monday will be shipped on Monday, while an order made at 3:25 PM on the same day would be shipped the following business day, Tuesday. This time may change based on high volume days or by product availability. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday.
 
FedEx Ground Shipping Map
Below is a map of standard FedEx ground shipping times for the Continental United States. As stated previously, delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have much different delivery times than those stated below. DITALIA makes every effort to deliver your order in a timely fashion, but we can not guarantee a delivery time when using ground shipping.
