Rigoni di Asiago Acacia Honey - 14oz
The Rigoni family have specialized in organic honey since 1992. To supply honey that is both tasty and nutritious, the hives are kept far away from urban and intensively farmed areas where polluting factors would damage it. Furthermore, the honey is processed at very low temperatures - a technique created and patented by the Rigoni family. A further assurance that the nutrients are unharmed. Laboratory certification tests are a further guarantee that the honey is free of any chemicals.
Acacia Honey is a very delicate and transparent honey that crystallizes very slowly. It has a fresh and spring like flavor of the Piedmont hills of Northwest Italy where this particular honey is from. It is ideal to sweeten drinks, cakes and fruit desserts. The sweet flavor is also popular with children.
