Rigoni di Asiago Forest Honey - 14oz
The Rigoni family have specialized in organic honey since 1992. To supply honey that is both tasty and nutritious, the hives are kept far away from urban and intensively farmed areas where polluting factors would damage it. Furthermore, the honey is processed at very low temperatures - a technique created and patented by the Rigoni family. A further assurance that the nutrients are unharmed. Laboratory certification tests are a further guarantee that the honey is free of any chemicals.
Forest Honey is made from the honeydew collected in summertime. It is dark amber in color and remains consistently liquidy over a long period of time. It is a perfect breakfast spread or can be added to natural yogurt and milk. It also matches perfectly with Asiago cheese.
