Maida Sundried Tomato Spread - 7oz.
The Maida farm is located near the ancient ruins of Paestum, Campania. Francesco Vastola, its owner, grows all of the farmed vegetables to the highest of quality. With the combination of innovation and tradition, he turns his perfectly ripe sun farmed tomatoes into sun dried tomatoes, by spinkling with salt and then spreading them out in the fields to dry under the warm Campania sun.
Once dried, the sundried tomatoes are pureed with a combination of extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, anchovies, capers and lightly seasoned with pepper and salt.

Name: Karen McClure Review Date: 6/4/2010 2:49 pm Rating: 5 A good eater .. :-)I made a brocolli pasta at my house last week and found a jar of this spread sitting on the counter and thought "hmmm this will make this taste good", so about one and a half tablespoons later it zinged up an ordinary dish of broccoli pasta into something really really really good. Enjoy this one!!!
