Since 1943, Mr. Carlo Fusco has traveled and worked around the world in search of perfecting the art of pasta making. Today, inspired by his passion for quality, he produces this authentic artisan pasta according to the strict principles of ancient traditions. Top quality semolina is kneaded with pure water from the valleys of Molise, Italy. The dough is then extruded through bronze dies and lastly, skillfully dried with a static process at very low temperatures. This slow drying process maintains the artisan tradition of Molise and allows Mr. Fusco to guarantee that his finished product is a true product.

The Best Pasta
This is the best pasta around. We eat it every week. I've had lots of rigatoni in my life, but none are as good as this. It may seem expensive compared to Ronzoni or Barilla, but once you taste it you'll know it's worth every penny. My only regret is that I can only give it 5 stars - it deserves 6 out of 5 because it is that good.
