Luigi Donnari and his wife Maria Alzapiedi, owners of this home-style pasta company in the medieval village of Monte San Giusto in Le Marche, are truly flour artist's. Only the very best local ingredients are used, such as carefully selected free range eggs from only free-range chickens that are fed non-gmo feed and flour that is stone ground to strict specifications.
