Imported from Lombardia, Italy and cultivated without the use of herbicides, the cereals of Molina Nicoli Polenta are some of the finest in the world.  Corn cobs are matured naturally in the open air and under the sun, which brings out the true taste and maintains their unaltered nutritional goodness.  This instant polenta comes from a careful selection of the very finest grains of corn, without any additional additives or preservatives.  The polenta is partially steamed and ground allowing for an easier and less time consuming dish when prepared at your home.  All of the corn used is of Italian origin only, with no GM or gluten, as authorized by the Italian ministry of health.  The product can be safely consumed by people allergic or intolerant to gluten.
