Imported from Lombardia, Italy and cultivated without the use of herbicides, the cereals of Molina Nicoli Polenta are some of the finest in the world.  Corn cobs are matured naturally in the open air and under the sun, which brings out the true taste and maintains their unaltered nutritional goodness.  Polenta Taragna is a combination of corn meal and buckwheat flour. The buckwheat portion of this polenta makes it an easy dish for digestion.  Taragna polenta is a traditional specialty of the Valtellina and is best to serve along side fresh cheeses.
