Imported from Lombardia, Italy and cultivated without the use of herbicides, the cereals of Molina Nicoli Polenta are some of the finest in the world. Corn cobs are matured naturally in the open air and under the sun, which brings out the true taste and maintains their unaltered nutritional goodness.  The tradition of white polenta is of Venetian origin and is used mainly on the coastal areas of that region.
