From their vineyard in the Emilian countryside, Acetaia Ponterotto produce authentic balsamic vinegars made with Trebbiano grapes. What started as a hobby has grown into a family tradition passed down through the generations. A member of the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, their "Affinato" and "Extravecchio" vinegars are produced to the most demanding of specifications.
