This is the best dried egg pasta I've ever had (and I've tried more than a few. It has a lot of flavor, and the texture is great; it really grabs the sauce. It's sturdy enough to stand up to a chunky tomato sauce, but equally good with a lighter brothy sauce (or just olive oil, pepper, and garlic). I used to buy Caponi brand when I could find it, but it's twice the price and not nearly as good.
