Zabajone al Moscato: Moscato Wine Cream

Zabajone, sometimes spelled Zabaglione, is one of the best-known Italian desserts, and it is eaten by itself or used as a filling. Marsala wine is normally used along with sugar to produce the fluffy consistency, but this classic uses a crisp and fragrant Piedmont DOCG moscato dessert wine as the base. Serve with Primo Pan Corn Cookies, fresh berries, sponge cake and as a dip for sweet fruits.
