Since 1800, the Cavalieri Family has been committed to making the finest pastas in the heart of Apulia. From carefully chosing wheat fields, to centuries old bronze dies, Benedetto Cavalieri pastas are truly one of a kind.
Recognizeable as the "heel of Italy's boot," the Apulia region is revered for its historic architecture, pristine beaches, and spectacular sunshine. Much of Italy's wheat and other grains are grown in its fertile Tavoliere Plain, along with other local specialties such as fava beans and sorrel.
