The Toschi company of Modena was founded in 1945, when Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi first steeped their famous Vignola cherries into Fragolì liqueur. Since that day, the Toschi tradition has expanded into a full lineup of fruits, syrups, sweet toppings and garnishes, all made with natural ingredients of Vignola.
On the northern edge of the Apennines is the region of Emilia-Romagna. The region enjoys a rich and ancient history, accentuated by the vibrant capital city of Bologna.
