This salami was spicy, garlicky, and chewy. By far the best salami I've tried, definitely recommend it.
NOT made in Italy

"Even though the description reads, ""From the far south of Italy, where the ancient Greek influence is most apparent comes this spicy garlic-rich salame."" this product is made in the U.S., not in southern Italy. It's tasty stuff, and may well be made following old-world traditions, but it is not a true Italian product and that's a little annoying, frankly. The ad copy should state clearly this doesn't originate in Italy."

"This spicy salami is outrageously delicious and in a totally different league than any other attempts to produce authetnic Calabrese salami domestically that I know. Some people don't like salami to be this spicy, however, so it's best served alongside milder fare."
