(Volpi) - 16 oz

Volpi Genova salame, made famous by the ancient port of the same name is made of extra lean pork and lightly seasoned with natural spices. This salame, with a classic taste of garlic is stuffed in natural casings and slowly air-dried to perfection. This Genovese salami is commonly confused with 'genoa salami', which both are regarded as a style or typical recipe of cured meats from the area of Genoa, Italy.

"Volpi Genova (some people call it Genoa) Salami is simply the best there is. This is what you would find in Italy. As already said, it's best served cold. Any of the 3 sizes offered here are the same and wonderfully delicious."
