Milano Salame

(Volpi) - 8 oz

Volpi Milano salame is a finely ground salame typical of the northern region of Lombardia. Inspired by the industrial city of Milan, it is a finely ground lean salame punctuated with whole peppercorns and stuffed in natural casings. Serve with Asiago cheese and fruit. Also good warmed with mushrooms and onions over focaccia bread.

Hi I bought the salami and the pepperoni ,due to a shark tank episode.We love good product and price was in line with that but I'm so sorry we opened one package and neither of us could eat.Taste was not good . now I have 2 laying on my bar .so sad because it looked so good .each to there own I guess but I totally wasted our money.

First time I tried this salami and it was great! However, most favorite is the genoa.
