This tradtional squid ink pasta is a delicately cut tagliolini pasta, that is dramatically colored and flavored with real squid ink. No added colors or preservatives. We recommend trying it with sauteed seafood, red and white sauces or even drizzle some Casina Rossa Lemon Oil. Located in the village of Moneu Roero, in the Piedmont region of Italy, the family at Peccati di Ciacco proudly make all of their artisanal pasta's following regionally-inspired recipes with careful attention in small batch production in order to maintain homemade quality and freshness.
