Toasted Almonds w/ Truffle and Salt

(Ritrovo Selections) - 8 oz

Miller Farms has been growing almonds for four generations, sustainably and with an artisanal and traditional approach. Here, they have taken their fresh almonds, roasted them with olive oil and seasoned them with the award winning Truffle and Salt from Casina Rossa by Ritrovo. The earthy undertone of truffle and these sweet roasted almonds are a perfect compliment to each other. These are perfect for snacking along with your favorite glass of wine or a cold beer. Besides the endless snacking you will do with these truffle almonds, they are also perfect for several recipes that require almonds. These are exquisite.

Producer: Ritrovo Selections

Ritrovo Selections are curators of fine Italian food and wine. Started over 20 years ago by Ron Post and Ilyse Rathet, the Ritrovo team has scoured the country searching for memroable stories and unique products. Each Ritrovo Selection is a celebration of Italian cuisine and the people who make it special.

Region: USA

In the late 19th century, Italian families began to arrive in the United States by the hundreds of thousands. They brought with them memories and recipes from home, adding to an already rich culinary marketplace. Today, many of these early pioneers have passed their love for Italian cuisine on to a new generation. While times have changed, the recipe remains the same: traditional Italian favorites made the old fashioned way, with locally sourced ingredients hand-picked for flavor.

Subtle and delicious

I served these almonds at a party and loved them. They're very subtle and smell so truffle-y. Really great with gorgonzola and prosciutto.
Where's the taste?

Uh... not much truffle taste. But OK. Other products = better!
