The buckwheat portion of this polenta makes it an easy dish for digestion.  Taragna polenta is a traditional specialty of the Valtellina and is best to serve along side fresh cheeses. You can also enjoy along side any kind of meat dish, stews, vegetables and sauteed mushrooms.
