I grew up eating this cheese in McAlester Oklahoma. I have always loved it and now I'm very excited to be able to order it anytime I want. The flavor was just like I remembered. It's a wonderful cheese and I will ordering again soon
ANOTHER GREAT CHEESE

When I was growing up, there was only the aged cheese available at Mike's. The smoked cheese is a perfect addition to the lineup.
Grade A raw Jersey cow milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures. Smoked with natural hickory wood.
