"Yum! I use these Italian cookies all the time, especially for baking and crumbling over fruit. Or they're very good plain, too. Best Italian cookies ever!"

"I am a caterer and cooking instructor and find Amaretti di Soronno cookies to be absolutely incomparable to other similar products on the market. I've used them in a multitude of recipes ranging from crumbling them on top of fresh berries or peaches with sweetened mascarpone for dessert to using them as part of a filling in butternut squash ravioli. They're delicately crisp, deliciously flavorful, and they provide an endless possibility of uses! If you've never tried them, don't miss your chance!"
