I am normally not a big fan of infused oils but the reviews were so good I had to try this one. I'm glad I did. I used it last night with trout and dribbled some across the top and let it marinate for about 40 minutes before grilling. It was simply delightful. I'm looking forward to trying it on other dishes.

"I don't usually use infused oils, but this oil is an excellent product. Drizzled on tomatoes with mozzarella and basil, heated with garlic to dress a warm pasta salad with grated pecorino Romano - this is winderfull."
