Aceto Balsamico di Modena "Fattoria Estense" is produced in the traditional method, by hand, from a choice mixture of vinegars in the heart of Modena. Aged for 12 years in wooden barrels and left untouched in vaults, this vinegar has a rich dark color and a pleasurable thick fluid consistency. Perfect for finishing special dishes.

Producer: Fattoria Estense

Founded in 1987 in Cogneto, Modena, Fattoria Estense has perfected the art of Aceto Balsamico di Modena. The Meister in the Alico house still personally oversees the process.
