Prelibato vinegar
Dec 21, 2016  |  By Mary Sposato
I brought home a bottle of Prelibato white balsamic vinegar from Italy in October and have been looking for a way to order more on line. Was very happy to find Ditalia on line. After shopping their web site, I ordered four bottles of what appearedt to be the same vinegar, plus one bottle of the red balsamic, which I had also bought in Italy. Neither matched what I purchased in Italy. While the vinegars were good, they weren't even close to the quality of those purchased in Italy.
Best all-around vinegar!

We first tried this at the Malpighi plant in Modena. I had never seen a white balsamic but the taste is similar but lighter and goes great with salads, fish, fruits...I am so happy to have found it in the US.
