Outstanding flavor!! It touches all the right notes as a tasting cheese and very good as a grated cheese.
My only complaint is how does each 8 oz piece (I ordered 2 pounds) have rind?

Although not the cheese I had hoped for, this is an excellent Parmesan indeed. (I am in search of a very rare, old nut-colored, mild one). Our family is very pleased with this special treat.

I ordered this cheese expecting it to be good but it exceeded all expectations. It will forever spoil me. This cheese should be eaten alone or added when the taste can be appreciated for it's own sake. I will buy again.
