Refunds & Returns
DITALIA has made the promise to always offer excellent products and great prices. Part of that promise includes your receipt of the product in a satisfactory manor. Although we inspect and carefully package each item, there is a possibility of spoilage or damage while in transit to your home. For these unfortunate events, DITALIA guarantees your satisfaction by either sending you a replacement, a substitute, or, if you wish, a refund for the item. Our pledge is to make sure you have enjoyed your experience with our family, so if it happens that you are not, we want to know and we will do everything capable to share our joy for Italian products.
In the case of return, please contact us for return permission and instructions on how to pack and where to ship your damaged product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
