This organic olive oil is a distinctive and limited production extra virgin olive oil from the Umbria region of Italy. Made primarily from the regions famed Moraiolo olives (85%) and balanced with Leccino (10%) and Frantoio (5%). The flavor is bitter and a slight tang with notes of fresh olives, artichokes, and fava beans. Ideal pairings include toasted bread, bruschette with tomatoes, grilled vegetables and meats.
