La Romagna Pappardelle is a thick, wide-cut pasta lunga, known for its sauce-gripping texture. Gradual air-drying before packaging preserves the pasta's hearty structure, full flavor, and sauce-gripping texture. This durum wheat and egg semolina pasta is  traditionally paired with wild boar or rabbit ragus, thick mushroom-based sauces, or any hearty red sauce.
