Orecchiette, or "little ears", is a shape of pasta hailing from the region of Puglia, Italy. Made by the family-owned and operated Di Cuonzo, in the city of Barletta, this orecchiette is delicately shaped to create the perfect sauce and condiment-gripping form. Use with vegetable dishes that include zucchini, fresh peas, and golden squash.
