Volpi Gourmet Pepperoni is aged at cooler temperatures for over 40 days, unlike most other companies that may age pepperoni at higher temperatures for 14 days. The result is a spicy and sweet smoky delight that will convince you to never go back to any other variety. We suggest to use the pepperoni on pizza, plain or in a pannini sandwich.
