This Bertozzi Parmigiano Reggiano is aged for 24 months to create a perfectly sharp, nutty and savory flavor, as well as a finely grainy texture. Break apart in small chunks and pair with bread, wine, jams, fruits, and nuts. Shave over salads or even dessert with ripe pears. Try a small chunk of Parmigiano with a drop of Tradizionale Balsamico. Best served at room temperature.
