  • Castellino Olives Stuffed with Parmesan Cream

    Delicious green olives grown in San Severino Marche and stuffed with authentic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cream cheese. 


    Anfosso Pitted Taggiasche Olives  

    The taggiasche is one of our favorite olives! Grown on the rock slopes of Liguria, this olive has a thin, firm texture and a delicately buttery, fruity flavor.

    Raboso Ubriaco Cheese

    This cow's milk cheese undergoes an initial 6-month period of aging in La Casearia's cellers, after which the wheels are soaked in the Veneto's local Raboso (IGT) wine for several weeks. The cheeses are then carefully finished with an additional six months' maturation. 


    Volpi Traditional Prosciutto

    Volpi Prosciutto is made using the same old-world method as traditional Italian prosciutto ham that originates in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Crafted with natural pork from regional heirloom farms.

    Agriform Piave Vecchio Cheese

    Piave has an intense, full-bodied flavor that increases with age. This "vecchio" Piave has been aged from 6 to 12 months for a mature, satisfying flavor.


    Bertozzi Parmigiano Reggiano (Solo di Bruna)

    This Parmigiano-Reggiano is made according to traditions dating back to the Middle Ages. Using milk from brown cows, or, “Bruna," this cheese has high casein content than your typical Parmigiano, lending this cheese an exceptionally creamy flavor.
