Pavesini are light sweet and super delicate sponge biscuits that are a perfect treat to spoil yourself anytime of day with a cup of coffee, yogurt, ice cream or with a glass of milk.  You most likely know these cookies by Lady Finger's, but in Italy they are know as Pavesini.  Simply made with flour, sugar and fresh eggs.  Perfect for making the classic Italian Tiramisu as well!
