"Very tangy. This salami reminds me a lot of the fine-ground, salty, heavily garlic laden salami that is popular in Austria. The texture tends to be a bit soft, so it's a good idea to refrigerate it thoroughly before serving (which is good to do with any kind of salami anyway.)"
