I have been purchasing Volpi salami since residing in STL more than 25 years ago. My highly dependable service response has been through Ditalia and is greatly appreciated. Response time is rapid, shipping is excellent and company followup important. I know of no other service equal to Ditalia.

This has to be one of the best tasting salami that I have ever had. I know the Italians know their pork but this product is a definite winner for those of you who enjoy sausage products.

"Very tangy. This salami reminds me a lot of the fine-ground, salty, heavily garlic laden salami that is popular in Austria. The texture tends to be a bit soft, so it's a good idea to refrigerate it thoroughly before serving (which is good to do with any kind of salami anyway.)"
