If you like your dry salami mildly spicy, this is the best you will find.
Pork, beef, salt, cane sugar, liquid flavoring (natural smoke flavorings), oleoresin (paprika, citric acid), lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in a collagen casing to be removed prior to eating.
