Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. In these cases, you will be notified and given the option to remove the item from your order, substitute the item, or wait for the item to become available. Your credit card will only be charged when your order is shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your order.
Gift Baskets and Gift Box Item Substitution Policy
On the rare occasion when a particular item contained in a gift basket or gift box is unavailable, DITALIA reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or great value.
Adding Gift Messages
We will be happy to include a personal message for your gift. When using our shopping cart, there will be a field when checking out that reads "Gift Message", just fill in whom the gift is for, your personal greeting, and whom the gift is from. We will attach your personal message to your gift for no extra charge.
