I ordered a gift and realized I had chose a wrong ship date. I immediately contacted the company and they were able to ship out the items immediately that same day. When the order was being completed the company realized the items would not all fit in the gift basket purchased. Therefore, they took the extra step in contacting myself, making me aware of the situation and took it upon themselves to make it work. They used a gift box instead and put the additional gift which was a Panettone separate from the gift box but in the same package. They also made me aware that there was a difference in price and that I would be charged less because the gift box they used was less expensive than initially purchased.
