Good olive oil
"Very good will buy again"
1923 is named for the year of the Brembilla family’s first harvest, this extra virgin oil is pressed the old way: cold, clean, and without shortcuts. The flavor is bold enough to stand on its own—thick, peppery, a little grassy. Drizzle it over a tomato salad, drag a torn piece of bread through it, or let it finish a grilled steak or piece of fish. You can bake with it, you can fry with it, but honestly, this is the kind of oil you want to show off, not hide.
All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging. No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.

"Very good will buy again"
"Great product and flavor."
"We love getting these three liter tins. It is so economical. And most important, the olive oil is TERRIFIC!"
"Originally Advertised as unfiltered. It has S not. No response from Ditalia."
"I first had 1923 Olive Oil in great Italian restaurant in Wisconsin where it was served as a dipping oil with bread. I bought a can from the restaurant. I am happy to have found a good source in diItalia for my 1923!"
"Our go to olive oil for so many things!!"
"This is a lovely workhorse of an oil. It is my go-to for the oven and the frying pan, for everything, actually, but the splurge from a small bottle that I drizzle on my best dishes as I bring them to the table. I love 1923 and use it abundantly every day."
"This our 3rd order of this olive and recommend it to everyone. However, this last order received was damaged. The metal can had a large dent on the bottom. Fortunately it was not leaking but still a bummer that I have to prop it up in storage to keep from falling over. It was well wrapped so makes me think it was damaged before it was shipped. In summary, buy this high quality and great tasting product. It's worth the money."
