The three Rubino brothers – Francesco, Gerardo, and Elio – began roasting coffee beans as young boys in their father's pastry shop. Eventually, the three decided to strike out on their own, founding the Cafe do Brasil in 1963. The Cafe's roasts soon attracted attention from all over Naples, with some customers walking for miles just to get their fill. Realizing the potential of their roasts, the brothers founded Kimbo SpA in order to share their creation with the world. Today, Kimbo is enjoyed all over the world by those seeking distinctive Neapolitan flavor.
