In 1850, Pietro Malpighi started a small production of Traditional Modenese Balsamic Vinegar in his attic. Since that time, five generations of the Malpighi family have dedicated themselves to the family business, refining their techniques to deliver the highest quality, most flavorful balsamic vinegar in Italy.
