Fausto Polli first started making traditional Italian antipasto in 1850. His goal was to make his food accessible to the masses without any sacrifice of quality — a goal at which he succeeded. The "Fratelli Polli" quickly becomes synonymous with quality and and value, recognizable by its flying eagle symbol.
