Fausto Polli first started making traditional Italian antipasto in 1850. His goal was to make his food accessible to the masses without any sacrifice of quality — a goal at which he succeeded. The "Fratelli Polli" quickly becomes synonymous with quality and and value, recognizable by its flying eagle symbol. After 140 years, the family retains it's love for the land, and its commitment to making traditional Italian cuisine — the right way.
