Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.

The natural fermentation and the slow ageing of grapes from Emilia Romagna, masterly blended with wine vinegar, give rise to Aceto Balsamico di Modena (PGI) Argento Anfosso, which has a classic flavor and vaporous and moderately tart aroma.

On the northern edge of the Apennines is the region of Emilia-Romagna. The region enjoys a rich and ancient history, accentuated by the vibrant capital city of Bologna. The spiritual home of parmesan cheese, prosciutto, and traditional aged balsamic vinegar, Emilia-Romagna is home to some of Italy's most treasured culinary traditions.

Since 1945, Anfosso has been committed to producing pesto and extra virgin olive oil according to western Ligurian culinary traditions.
